If you're moving it to a different spot on the same property — a different corner of the yard, off the driveway, onto a new pad — that's an In-Yard Move, and we price it as its own service.
Worth knowing before you choose: that price is for repositioning the building where it sits. If it has to come up onto the trailer and be strapped down, that's a different job and a different rate — we'll ask you next.
Does it need to come up onto the trailer?
An In-Yard Move is priced for repositioning the building where it sits. If we have to load it onto the trailer and strap it down to move it — even a few hundred feet — that's loaded work, and it's quoted at a different rate.
Who are you in this sale?
Private sales have two ends. Tell us who's who and we'll coordinate with the other party directly instead of routing every question back through you.
For reference only. Note: we usually have to take permitted routes for High & Wide loads. Example: 115 loaded miles with the building on our special shed-hauling trailer between the two locations.
Building Details

Example: "Standard" means under 3". Larger overhangs (e.g. 1' on each side) affect how we haul it.
Special hauling permits are required for certain heights.
* Important: this tells us how it was built for delivery. Examples: Sheds Delivered, Premier, Old Hickory, Not Sure, or self-built / built it myself.
* Please Note: Requesting new skids to be installed may incur an additional materials/labor fee and could extend your scheduling timeline, as specialized haulers are required for this service.
* Please Note: If the building is anchored, the anchors must be removed or released before it can be moved — your hauler needs to know ahead of time so they come prepared.
